Returns and Exchanges
On delivery customer shoud check the product thoroughly to be sure it is exactly what he ordered and that there are no issues in functioning and outside appearance of the product. Unfortunately we wouldn`t be able to accept any complaints, if the issues are found after checking procedure on delivery.
In case of finding out serious issues of the product you may apply for exchange for the same product or for partial refund or for full refund. Delivery-Acceptance act, cashier`s receipt and other documents tham came with the product would be necessary.
Refund may take a few days from application date, and the application shoud be the written request.
Product return cost is payed by the seller, if the product is defective.

In case of return, the product should not show signs of using it and should be sent back in original package.
